Jamming Junction is Neil’s answer to the problem musicians have been quietly tolerating for years. Not a replacement for the soul of a jam but a support system that lets musicians actually play without the chaos nipping at their heels.

Musicians want one simple thing when attending a jam: to actually sing and play. Not wrestle with missing charts, mixed messages or the same five songs that somehow end up on repeat.

For all the talent in a room, jam sessions often fell apart for the same reasons. Missed communication. Mismatched charts. Repeated songs and too many tools scattered everywhere. Nobody’s fault, just the friction of trying to create order in a world built on feel. Sessions that should have been electric often ended up feeling chaotic.

Neil understood that frustration soon after getting involved with an established successful ongoing music jam. The more he played, the more he noticed a pattern: talented musicians were often frustrated and momentum was lost because the organizing side of things was scattered.

In addition, the Jam Coordinator was doing loads of work to keep things running smoothly, not for any financial gain, but because of the incredible moments a music jam can create. He wanted more time playing, less time herding spreadsheets, text threads and forgotten printouts.

It wasn’t long before Neil thought of building a platform to make things more cohesive.
